At Pearson's Medieval Shoppe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your period attire; if your garment doesn't fit the quest, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in unworn, original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online portal or contact our heralds via email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Parcel

Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, including a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form provided.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our armory.
